Placing Your Order

Our web site is always available (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for you to place your order. Our simple online ordering system makes it very easy for you to add in your text and upload your photo(s).

To place your order, simply fill out the information that coordinates with the product you want. Once you add something to your cart, you will have the option to "Continue Shopping" which will bring you back so that you can add other items to your cart, if you wish. If you don’t have digital/electronic versions of your photos and have actual images (paper photos), please mail them to:

Once order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of order. Please keep this correspondence, should you need to inquire on your order, we will ask that you provide your order number.

Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Reviewing Your Proof

If you choose to receive a proof of your stationery, you will receive an email with a link to an electronic proof of your order. You also will receive a call from the professional designer who worked on your order to notify you that the email has been sent. If you cannot locate your email, please feel free to call us at 514.395.9333 and one of our representatives will be more than happy to help you. All orders will be processed within 3 business days after proof approval (if proof is required).

Payment Method

Fragola.ca accepts payment through Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Upon confirmation of your order, you’ll be automatically forwarded to DDream Media’s payment processing page hosted at Paypal. Note: you will not need to have a Paypal account to process the payment.

All orders taken online using credit cards are encrypted and highly secure. We use the highest quality encryption and authentication of all customer sensitive data, including credit card numbers.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Fragola.ca orders are shipped through Canada Post’s express service; the delivery time within Canada is 2-3 business days.

Returns

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single item. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout).

In the case of a Fragola.ca error, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible.
